Friendly helpful staff, dropped off and picked up a large load of laundry, cleaned and folded same day for about $20. Very reasonable, great location in midtown. Highly recommend!

Do your own or have it done for you. Has books and chairs to sit out on the street. Restaurants nearby. Comfortable.

Cost me $15, same items cost $160! at the hotel. I Dropped them in at 10am on a Sunday, the lady was lovely, and they were ready the same day. They done the job and very happy

Convenient, clean place in the city for laundry services. Friendly people run it. $5 large load/$3 small load to self-service wash and .25/6min to dry. So happy to have found it while traveling though the area.

This is the only laundromat to go to in this neighborhood. Hot water and working dryers go a long way to help you clean your clothes. This is the ONLY place to wash your clothes in Hells Kitchen.

Been here a few times now and the staff are lovely, they always offer a hand when needed. Large load $4.75, small $2.75 and dryer .25 for 6mins! Will continue to come here.

Don’t bother walking in after 7:20pm, even if they show open till 9pm and last wash at 8.Which seems pretty unreasonable given that a lot of us get out around 6 or 7pm. And get ready for attitude or to be told to “go to the laundromat on 51st” lol, they clearly don’t care about our business.It’s expensive to get things washed in house too, so you are better off skipping to Great American wash or another laundromat.✌🏽

11 washing machines of different capacities; 8 large tumbler driers. All work on quarters (e.g. $3 = 12 quarters), and there is a quarter dispenser in the shop, takes most notes. Good value, polite, helpful staff. Benches for folding clothes, and carts to move clothes around. No cafe - apparently this was discontinued 2 or 3 owners back.

The place to wait for your AirBNB host to respond on freezing cold winter days. Laundry, soft drinks, seats, toilet, and electrical sockets. Remember the last load is 3:30PM so do not overstay your welcome. Hopefully your AirBNB host will respond in punctual manner.

I had a nice experience there... the best laundromat service for me in the area... I searched many places to do my laundry but this place was absolutely suitable for me... those two ladies work here are so sweet and helpful with pretty much everything... clean and small place and you can have a coffee or a soda until your laundry is done...

Excellent coin laundry! Washers and Dryers worked perfectly. Was in and out in 60 mins. $2.75 for washing and 25c per 6 mins for dryers. Go around 4-6pm as it is very quiet and relaxing.

I had several white shirts that would not brighten up no matter how many times I washed them. I was going to toss them out when the staff suggested a cleaning remedy. It worked out great and saved my shirts. I like the different music genre they play while at work, it livens the shore of having to go do my laundry.

Not a lot of machines, so go during an off-period, but they are very clean and appear well maintained. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this place.

Washers and dryers are big enough for a very large load. Staff are great.

We dropped off a bag of laundry. Picked up same day washed and neatly folded. Friendly service. Good prices. Convenient location to Times Square area.

Here on vacation and needed somethings washed, hotel was crazy priced, checked Google found this place. For what I needed done this place was over the top. Mind you just had tee shirts, shorts and underwear done, but clean and folded nicely. Great job!

By far the best laundry service I have used.Clean, polite, well priced and delivering great service. I dropped off a large bag of clothes for wash and dry. Was only charged $15 and picked them up the next morning, all clothes folded and nice and bright and clean. Lovely staff. Great service. The only place to get your laundry done.Thanks again ladies.

Very nice and clean place. After traveling few days in New York, had lot of laundry to do, I've checked many reviews of different places and decide to go to this laundromat cafe. Was a good choice! Very nice lady explained everything how do to. Good price also just 2.75$ for normal wash size and 4.75$ for big size machine, 25 cent for 6 minute dryer. Recommend for anyone who stay in midtown.

The most affordable laundromat in the area if you're doing your laundry on your own. Free pick up and delivery if you want to have them wash by the pound.

Clean facility but the staff was so unfriendly. They took up 5 out of the 6 folding tables and got mad when someone (who you could tell was not a usual patron) tried to fold clothes on the head woman’s “reserved” table, even though it was not being used. Another woman also asked for help and they ended up just walking away when she asked too many questions. They’re polite to those that they know, but don’t bother with this place if you’re someone traveling who needs to do a load. It’s not worth your time.

Been using them for a year, but I've decided to drop them for consistently terrible service. They frequently forget to deliver or pickup laundry despite confirming earlier in the day. Half the time, they'll say I'm outside of their delivery range until I remind them they've delivered to me in the past. Price and handling of laundry is good, but not worth the hassle.

Clean place with clean machines. Folding tables available. $2.75 for a small load and $4.75 for a large load. Takes about 30mins for a load to wash. The dryer costs a quarter for every 6 mins. My medium load was dry in about half an hour. Theres an ATM on site as well as a quarter dispensing machine. Detergent is $1 per box. Overall a great experience. 1 hour to wash and dry 5 days worth of laundry.

The girl in here is really helpful. Easy walk from hotel. Went down approx 9am in the morning no waiting.
